Tune Into XM Radio Channel 43 Tonight At 9PM
Back in February when Playing The Cards was released, I sent out a lot of CDs to radio stations. You better believe I sent some to satellite radio too! Two days ago I got a note from XMU - part of the XM Radio family and they notified me that I will be appearing on their show, The R>A>D>A>R REPORT, TONIGHT - at 9PM (central standard time)!!! This is great news! Here's a little bit about the show. The R>A>D>A>R REPORT
started in the late 90's as a concept to alert the industry to the
presence of amazing and talented musicians. By 2000 the report was
email only and had no home for the amazing audio being discovered.
Then came XM SATELLiTE RADiO and with this new medium an amazing new form of exposure for the emerging musician.
By 2002 the R>A>D>A>R REPORT
was gearing up for the debut of the First Audio Version of the Report.
The First Audio Version of the Report had it's debut on January 3rd,
2003, with the first Visual Version in March of 2003. Since then the show has grown in popularity and the number of people on the email list has grown to over 3,000. |
Hill Country Galleria Grand Opening
Bob Schneider, Ruthie Foster, Guy Forsyth, South Austin Jug Band, and of course... Nakia & His Southern Cousins. We will be performing on the brand new Hill Country Galleria Amphitheater stage at 4PM. What's the Hill Country Galleria you ask? Only a 1.5 million square foot shopping center and development area. Here's what their website has to say... "Experience the best of both worlds. Explore Bee Cave's newest lifestyle center - 152 acres of expansive natural beauty mixed with eclectic shopping, dining and entertainment, as well as first-class office and residential space. Wrapped in a verdant nature preserve cloaked with wildflowers, native trees and rocky streams, Hill Country Galleria is more than a fashion icon, more than a thriving business district or residential utopia - it's a social evolution."
